
My Story
For several years, I dedicated myself to working in SEND, gaining invaluable experience in special schools and developing a deep understanding of the unique needs of children and young people with additional learning requirements. While this work was incredibly rewarding, I soon realised that the traditional school environment didn’t always allow me to provide the level of personalised support that many students truly needed.
This realisation led to the creation of Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring - a service built around my passion for making education truly inclusive, accessible, and tailored to the needs of each individual. While mainstream education provides valuable learning opportunities, some children and young people require additional, more personalised support to fully thrive. My vision goes beyond academic success; I believe education should empower learners by fostering confidence, independence, and emotional resilience. By offering a flexible and student-centred approach, we aim to help those who may find traditional classroom settings challenging, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and motivated to learn.
My ambition is to bridge the gap by helping students not only progress academically but also regain the self-belief and stability needed to reintegrate into education. By focusing on holistic development, Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring nurtures not just academic growth, but also social, emotional, and mental well-being. The goal is to reignite a love for learning and equip students with the skills they need to thrive, whether in education, work, or everyday life.
Every child and young person deserves the chance to succeed, and with the right support, they can. Through Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring, I strive to be that stepping stone back into education, offering personalised, structured, and compassionate learning experiences that truly make a difference.
