PARTNERSHIPS

At Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring, we are committed to providing a well-rounded, enriching education that extends beyond traditional learning environments. We have established partnerships with organisations that support EOTAS (Education Other Than at School) packages and offer meaningful opportunities for SEND children and young people. These collaborations ensure that learners have access to outdoor learning, animal therapy, and hands-on experiences, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and engage in education in a way that best suits their needs.

ACCREDITED LEARNING WITH LCB EDUCATION

Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring is proud to be working in partnership with LCB Education to deliver accredited learning opportunities for all of our pupils - from Pre-Entry Level through to Functional Skills Level 2.

Through this partnership, our learners have access to a wide range of AQA-accredited topic-based workbooks and unit awards, designed to make learning meaningful, engaging, and relevant to each student’s interests and abilities. These include both core subjects such as English and Maths, as well as creative and practical themes like crafts, life skills, animals, cooking, gaming, and seasonal topics.

This flexible approach allows tutors to tailor learning to the individual - choosing either:

  • Topic-based workbooks aligned with the student’s interests, or

  • AQA Unit Awards, selected specifically to match their learning goals and abilities.

Each completed workbook or unit leads to an AQA certificate, celebrating the student’s progress and achievements. This ensures every learner has the opportunity to gain recognised accreditation, regardless of their educational pathway or starting point.

In addition, our partnership with LCB Education enables us to offer access to both remote and in-person Functional Skills exams (Levels 1 and 2) in English and Maths - helping students take the next step in their learning or employment journey with confidence.

At Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring, our goal is to ensure that every pupil can experience success, build confidence, and gain nationally recognised qualifications in a way that works best for them.

Their services are designed to provide outdoor learning and equine-assisted activities in a safe and supportive environment.

The Haven Equestrian also specialises in equine therapy sessions, offering one-to-one support as well as small group sessions. In addition to therapy, The Haven Equestrian provides private and semi-private riding lessons, helping individuals of all abilities develop their horsemanship skills under the guidance of experienced and qualified staff. Their approach prioritises the emotional well-being of each participant, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

Beyond equine-based activities, The Haven Equestrian offers a variety of outdoor learning experiences. These include stable management, sensory engagement with ponies, and hands-on interactions with cats and dogs, including supervised dog walking. Participants also have the opportunity to take part in general outdoor activities, which can be tailored to their interests and needs in collaboration with Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring.

The Haven Equestrian is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where all children and young people can engage in meaningful experiences that support their learning, personal growth, and emotional well-being. Through its principal, Kim Argyle, the equestrian trainer for The Special Olympics in Lincolnshire, it has recognised and valuable experience with SEN children.

LINCOLNSHIRE OUTDOOR LEARNING

At Lincoln Inclusive Tutoring, we believe in the power of outdoor learning to help children and young people engage with education in a meaningful, hands-on way. That’s why we have partnered with Lincolnshire Outdoor Learning (LOL)—a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to creating inspiring outdoor learning spaces that connect students with nature while developing essential life skills.

Lincolnshire Outdoor Learning uses circular economy principles to build sustainable outdoor education environments. They specialise in creating bespoke outdoor spaces in schools and communities, encouraging young people to develop an appreciation for nature, sustainability, and hands-on learning in the outdoors.
